We respond to all enquiries made to you from ISED Canada regarding your certified equipment. Depending on the service plan you have chosen, this will be for select model(s) or all equipment associated with your company number.
Enquiries are mainly related to product audit sampling called by ISED. This entails dealing with incoming foreign shipments and forwarding them to ISED's test facility, as well as arranging for shipment of your product back to you if you should wish.
