Our laboratory is maintained primarily to support internal training and post-market surveillance testing for certification applications. On a case-by-case basis, we may accept testing requests if resources permit at the time of your request.

Otherwise, applicants are expected to have the device tested by an FCC/ISED recognized and accredited laboratory (links here) prior to submission of their application of certification to NACS.

We currently accept payment via cheques or wire transfer only, we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause!

The applicant or an authorized representative (e.g. Testing Laboratory) may submit applications of certification to us. Please note however that the application must include a letter of authority from the applicant. Sample templates of the letter may be found under the applicable country of certification under “Services” -> “Certification”

Prices are dependent upon the nature of complexity of the device and a quote may be requested through here.

Yes, as a certification body we are required by the FCC and ISED to perform post-market surveillance activities on a select percentage of products we have certified over a calendar year. While the selection of products to survey is random, we are required to fulfill a specific set of requirements such as new clients, equipment with SAR, etc. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
